The “memory foam” that is in other brands like Casper and the rest of them is only about 30% like the Adapt micro cell foam used in a Tempurpedic mattress. That explains why they cost 70% less. He said that all of his experience with Tempurpedic has been great. They are comfortable, Durable and most importantly reliable. The Tempu-pedic mattresses are the real deal! My first one I purchased over 20 years ago and had such a good experience that I outfitted my whole house with them. It wasn’t cheap to say the least but I feel it was worth it. Several of my friends have replaced their normal spring pillow tops several times during the time I owned one Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress. Big up front investment but I don’t expect to replace them for several years and in reality will probably save me money in the long run.
